Clean installation of XTREAM-UI 22F all security patches activated

1 Fixed ISP function
2 Working with libcurl3 and libcurl4
3 update GeoLite2.mmdb activated and
working
4 does not need update to version 22F is already included
5 installation of LoasBalance utomaticas
6 install Main, Lb, Admin
