M3u Line can be watch on iPad/iphon (same wifi network) but can't watch on smart tv or MacBook?

Hello I'm new so not much knowledge yet about it (please be patience) so I'm having m3u line from one of the resellers and its working almost great.
its happened probably 3rd time last 3 months the line is block by his panel for watching on smart tv (Samsung with any Iptv app I've try many ) or MacBook ( regardless im using GSE smart Iptv app on iPad/iphon/MacBook)
Same line working fine on other devices in the same wifi network. I Really don't wont change provider because i'm happy with his service, but some how he can't solve that problem form me.

any one of you Dear users have some suggestions please?
